Account and Data Deletion
StaminaGrid users and club owners can request deletion of their StaminaGrid account and associated account data by contacting StaminaGrid support.
How to request deletion
- Email support@staminagrid.com.au from the email address used for your StaminaGrid account.
- Use the subject line StaminaGrid account deletion request.
- Include your account email address, your name, and any club name or listing name connected with the account.
- State clearly that you want your StaminaGrid account and associated data deleted.
- We may ask you to verify your identity, authority, ownership or representative role before deletion is completed.
Data we delete where applicable
Where the request is verified and deletion is legally and operationally available, StaminaGrid deletes or de-identifies the account profile, owner profile, login-related account records, draft club listings, public club listings controlled by the account, delegate access records, uploaded logos and photos controlled by the account, saved account preferences held in StaminaGrid systems, and support records that are no longer required.
Data that may be kept
StaminaGrid may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, Stripe payment records, invoices, tax, accounting, audit logs, dispute handling, legal compliance, app store compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or enforcement of legal rights. Some records may be retained for up to 7 years where required or reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, payment, audit or legal purposes. Backup copies may remain until they expire through ordinary backup rotation. Aggregated, anonymised or de-identified information may also be retained where it no longer identifies a user.
Consumer browsing users
StaminaGrid can be browsed without creating an account. Saved clubs and notes used by consumer users may be stored locally on the device. Local device data can usually be removed by deleting the app, clearing app storage, or using the relevant in-app controls where available.
We aim to respond to account deletion and privacy requests within 30 days where practical and legally required.

Club Listing Support
Club owners, managers, authorised representatives and delegates can contact support for listing updates, ownership questions, billing questions, image upload issues, address verification issues, account access problems and listing removal requests.
Email support@staminagrid.com.au with the club name, account email, listing location and a short description of the issue.
